Managing Director

Neil has been working in surplus asset management and disposal since the early nineties and knows all there is to know about the business and the industry we operate in. He is responsible for successfully guiding Ramco to where it is today and plays an integral part in not only ensuring that the business runs smoothly day-to-day, but also continues to innovate, develop and grow. Neil has a very hands on approach and is actively involved in all aspects of the business.

Financial Director and Head of HR 

A chartered accountant, Mark undertakes the role of Financial Director and plays a pivotal part in securing the ongoing success of the business. Mark ensures that we remain compliant, profitable and commercially sustainable at all times and, sitting on the Board of Directors, also makes an essential contribution towards developing a company strategy that builds on Ramco's existing success. As Head of HR, it is also Marks responsibility to create and maintain a positive and engaging work environment, manage the professional development & well-being of staff and oversee the recruitment process to ensure that only the best candidates are employed.

Head of Operations

Adrian plans, coordinates and monitors the day-to-day running of the business to ensure we operate efficiently and without major issue. He possesses invaluable knowledge of the business and its processes; overseeing the key departmental relationships between a busy warehouse, stock control, transport and sales to ensure consistent success. A commercially endorsed skipper, Adrian also manages the logistics & sale of our boat stock; working closely with marinas across the country to coordinate the successful maintenance, viewing and collection of used watercraft.

Sales Manager

Leading the sales team, Elliott's role is crucial to maintaining and building happy customers. He ensures stock is always well-presented and delivered as expected, and that we consistently meet the ever-developing needs and expectations of our customers to ensure first-class customer service. Elliott also successfully manages sales strategy; ensuring that Ramco continously adopt new and innovative sales techniques to make the sales process more efficient and enjoyable for our customers.

Administration Manager

Rachel's role is central to the successfull day-to-day running of the business. She has responsibility for all back office support including stock processing, accounts, finance and all other administrative functions; ensuring that all departments remain organised and aligned. Rachel ensures that we have an effective and efficient flow of resources throughout the business at all times, allowing for departmental productivity to be sustained.

Business Development Team 


Business Development Manager

Joining Ramco in June 2019, and coordinating the disposals side of the business, Teddy plays an integral part in managing relationships to ensure client satisfaction is consistently maintained. Passionate about sustainability, Teddy is a strong advocate of managed asset disposal solutions and spends much of his time visiting existing and prospective clients to successfully spread the word about Ramco’s core messages and commercial proposition.
