We’re happy to announce that we’ll be exhibiting at the SNS2020 Smart Generation: Transition to 2050 event at the Norfolk Showground on the 22nd and 23rd of April. The event, created and managed by the East of England Energy Group (EEEGR), is the largest and most important occasion within the sector. SNS2020 showcases the latest developments, innovations, and insights from across the energy sector and its supply chain. Attendees include businesses, energy producers, politicians, futurologists and financial institutions as well as many other relevant stakeholders.
The East of England is often considered to be the cornerstone of the UK’s energy networks, establishing itself as one of the UK’s leading producers of nuclear power and offshore gas, and also home to over 50% of the entirety of the UK’s offshore wind capacity. With this in mind, SNS2020 is one of the UK's foremost events for an energy sector that places sustainability at the very top of its agenda.
Ramco are passionate about sustainable asset disposal within the energy sector and take our part in the region's transition towards sustainability very seriously. The energy sector is going through a considerable shift as it responds to the government’s plans to be a ‘net zero producer of greenhouse gas emissions by 2050’. Our Business Development Manager, Teddy, will be there to discuss sustainability within the sector and advise businesses on how they can reduce their environmental footprint and improve operational productivity through the better management of their business's surplus resources.
We’re excited to become a part of the East of England’s sustainable energy revolution and look forward to discussing surplus asset management with you all at the show next month.
